We have fixed our data collection issue and the system is updating istock normally again. It will fill in any missed data and should be current within 24 hours.

We are having some issues with istock stats. We’re working on a fix and once we have things online the system will automatically fill in data gaps. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

The microstock password update bug has been fixed. If you now update a password from your settings page, the system will automatically reactivate the account in question and will resume retrieving stats. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Also, data collection is slowly coming back online and should be back to normal by tomorrow.

A bug in the system does not reactivate microstock accounts after you update your credentials. We are aware of this problem. It should be resolved by Monday and all stats will automatically be updated. Sorry about the inconvenience.

We are in the process of adding back end capacity this weekend and as a result our data collection systems will not be operating during this time. The system is now tracking IS uploads, and also tracks video and audio sales there. We have been doing some back-end work on performance and data correctness and are also working to release Fotolia as soon as possible.

It’s been a while since I updated this page. Sorry about that. We have recently released a couple of new features and are hard at work on Fotolia support. The current known issues that have been flagged and that we will fix are:

  • Image Matching: We need to tweak this system. In some cases, the system matches images that should be separate and this throws off per image sales data. Your overall totals will still be correct.
  • EL support for istock: We currently don’t track these.
  • SS download totals on the dashboard include backup downloads. This throws off DL counts. Amounts are still accurate.

We know these issues are annoying and we will resolve them after we release Fotolia support. Thanks for your patience and support.

I misspoke. Casey fixed the issue with the charts mentioned in the paragraph below. Performance should be slightly improved but users with large accounts may still have issues when viewing their “all time” views.

We released a small performance upgrade which in some cases can lead to incorrect data being displayed on the chart for earnings by site. Essentially, the bars that display site earnings are correct, but the line that displays overall earnings is displayed incorrectly. Sorry about this – it should be fixed by tomorrow (Dec 5)

Hi Everyone. We released an update today that addresses the 50+ issue on Dreamstime and gives users the ability to change passwords, add new sites etc. We’re working hard to get through our user backlog but the lag time is still running close to a week. Hi everyone. We’ve been flooded again with new users. This surge means that we are running behind in terms of activating new accounts. There is currently about a week lag from signup to account activation. This is slower than we like but we are working hard to get things done as fast as possible. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

We have largely caught up and have fixed some of the major site performance issues. Reports for most users should be fairly snappy. There will be continued improvement in this area over the next few weeks.

We’re still dealing with our new account backlog. As a result, data updates will be slow. The system is chugging along so this should be rectified within a few hours. We’re working on performance optimizations which should prevent this from happening in the near future.

Currently, we are aware of the following issues:

  • Images with more than 50 downloads on Dreamstime are not being correctly handled. We are aware of this and are working on a fix for release this week.
  • Matching sometimes is too strict and images that are the same are not correctly grouped. We will be giving users an interface to manually adjust matches.
  • Some images may have “Image Not Available” thumbnails. These may lead to inconsistent totals. A fix is in the works and should be released this week.
  • No way for to change passwords or for existing users to add accounts that they did not sign up with.
