LookStat Update – Microstock Sites in the Pipeline
Posted on December 12th, 2008 in Uncategorized | 8 Comments »
At the moment, we provide earnings tracking for Dreamstime, Shutterstock & iStockphoto. The next site in the pipeline is Fotolia and after that we will be working on integrating the rest of the big 7 – 123rf, Stockxpert & Bigstockphoto. After this, we will add sites to the system based on user demand. As always, we’re open to feedback and would love your input in the process.

As soon as you have Fotolia in your system, I will test LookStat again…
That’s great to hear. We’ll definitely let you know and it will be great to have you using the system again.
I’d love to see Snapvillage added as well!
Alison – that’s good to know. Just out of curiosity, where does SnapVillage fit into your top performing sites?
SV for me is about on par with Fotolia in terms of sales, both of which are a fair bit below istock and Dreamstime. With SV however I tend to get fewer sales but with much larger $ amounts than the other sites.
Thanks a ton for the information Alison. It’s really helpful as we look to prioritize adding more sites to the LookStat fold.
hi,
i contribute to about 9 different microstock sites (including the "big 7") for 3 years or so now.
and you should definitely also look into crestock. for me it performs slightly better than bigstock with much less images and waaaaay better than 123rf which is the tail-light for every contributor i know. also crestock hast a pretty active community and staff, very much unlike bigstock.
Hi Martin,
Thanks a ton for taking the time to share your views on the various sites. Crestock had not been on our short term radar but I will definitely give it another careful look. Also, thanks for the perspective on the staff/community – it's great to get some context in addition to just a site name.
Sincerely,
Rahul
